Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a home setting, following the established care plan
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in the patient's condition
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid RN nursing license in the state of Michigan
- Proven experience as a Private Duty Nurse or similar role
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Athenahealth)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
